    • What is Kink & Ink?
      Kink & Ink is a dark romance-themed event combining book signings, tattoos, and alternative lifestyle education. It’s the ultimate 18+ weekend for readers, authors, and tattoo lovers.

    • When and where is the event?
      February 4-6 2027, Irving, TX

    • Is this event 18+?
      Yes, Kink & Ink is strictly 18+ due to the nature of the themes and activities and we will be checking identification at registration.

    • Are tickets refundable?
      Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to someone else with prior approval or resold.

    • What’s included with my ticket?
      Your ticket tier determines what’s included. Check out the tier details on our website.

    • When does registration start?

      Registration begins Thursday and will be available all weekend.

    • Can I bring my own books to the signing?

      Yes! You may bring up to 3 books from home at a time. If there is a line and you'd like more than 3 signed, you'll need to rejoin the line.

      There is no signing limit for books purchased directly from the author or through preorders.

    • Will books be available for purchase?
      Yes, most authors will have books available at their tables but it is recommended to check for preorders to make sure you get the books you want. We will also have Flutter Bookstore onsite as our bookseller.

    • Can I bring a rolling cart?

      Yes, carts must be limited to 17x15” to not block the aisles.

      No wagons, suitcases, or Large/XL Hulkens will be permitted.

    • How do I book a tattoo appointment?
      Appointments with featured tattoo artists can be scheduled directly with them. Check our artists lineup page to be directed to their instagram.

    • Will artists have flash available?

      Yes, check out our artist lineup to see each artist, their style, and to contact them about what they will offer.

    • Can I get tattooed during signing hours?
      Yes, the tattoo room will be open during and after signing hours.

    • Is there a room block?
      Yes, we are contracted with three hotels with a variety of prices to fit your budget.
